If garment and/or printing is faulty, we will happily refund or exchange when returned to us within 7 days. Please contact us ASAP in this case. We cannot accept returns if garment and/or print has been damaged from failure to follow washing instructions provided on our Georgie Bear swing tag. You can also find the washing instructions on our website. Normal wear and tear will also affect the printing, as with most printed garments. Some fading is normal, particularly after multiple washes.
For personalised prints, we cannot accept exchange if you have purchased the incorrect size or if you change your mind. Please decide carefully and ask us questions to prevent disappointment. Please double check the spelling of any names or wording you give us for printing. We cannot accept returns if the spelling or wording has been provided to us incorrectly.
For non-personalised prints, we’ll happily accept exchanges if you need to change the size, within 7 days. Item needs to be in the same new condition and not used or washed. Return post at your expense. Replacement item will be posted to you once we receive the returned item and condition is verified.
